Guarding the fence

GSM-OHRADNIK is a GSM device designed for monitoring the function of an electric fence. It is powered from the same voltage as the Pulse Source for the Fence. So either from the 12 VDC car battery or from the 230 VAC mains.

GSM-OHRADNIK sends an SMS with a description of the fault or “rings” you.

GSM-OHRADNIK evaluates the following faults: power failure, partially or completely missing pulses (= fence sometimes does not beat or does not beat at all) and insufficient voltage at the end of the tape (= fence beats too little).

The device has high voltage part and GSM part. The HV part is battery powered and measures and counts pulses. The GSM part has a built-in Li-Ion battery and allows to send SMS or ring even after a power failure.
